By downloading or using Quiet Practice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. In-App Purchases

Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

Cancellations and Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. We do not process refunds directly.

Restoring Purchases — if you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore a previous purchase using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App.


4. User Content

All content you create within the App (journal entries, mood records, letters, ritual responses) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to, store, or transmit your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you write. The App is intended for personal reflective use only.

Quiet Practice is not a medical, therapeutic, or mental health service. It is a personal journaling tool. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please seek support from a qualified professional.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quiet Practice and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data stored on your device.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
