Quiet Practice is a personal journaling and mindfulness app. Your privacy is a core part of how it is built. All journal entries, mood data, ritual progress, and letters to your future self are stored exclusively on your device. None of this data is transmitted to any server or third party.

Quiet Practice uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchase subscriptions and lifetime access. RevenueCat may collect:

All payment processing is handled by Apple. Quiet Practice never receives your payment details. Apple's Privacy Policy governs all transaction data.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties, except as described above for purchase processing via RevenueCat and Apple.


Data Retention and Deletion

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app. We have no copy of your data and cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf.


Children's Privacy

Quiet Practice is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
